We developed an influencer management tool called Jebi. The platform helps establish a communication pipeline to set deliverables for influencers, incentivizes higher participation through a gamified point system that can be redeemed for tangible real-life rewards, and tracks real-time results to identify content that resonates most effectively with audiences.
Through a single 14-week test run, we had 224 brand ambassadors create 6,837 pieces of content, averaging 30 pieces of content each, and peaking at a volume of around 1,000 pieces of content tasked, collected, reviewed, and approved in five days, all managed by four platform managers. With Jebi, we simplified the influencer program 10x.
